  • Currenly, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
  • Additional forms of payment will be added in the future.
  • Most orders placed by 12 Noon EST will ship same-day. Orders placed after the 12 Noon EST deadline will ship the next business day.
  • Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days by us or our shipping partners.
  • We offer multiple shipping options:

    Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days (USPS Flat Rate or UPS Ground)
    UPS 3 Day Shipping: 3-Business Days
    UPS 2 Day Shipping: 2-Business Days
    UPS Next Day Shipping: 1 Business Day

  • Please allow one business day for processing. Keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

  • Your privacy is important to us. All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked boxes or mailers with ‘Hospitality Services’ and our NY mailing address listed on the return label.
  • No. We do not ship signature required unless requested in the notes. Additional charges may apply.
    • All out of state shipping is tax free. Only orders shipped to addresses in New York and California require sales tax.
  • Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers

  • Any items that are designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid are not returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

  • This includes, but is not limited to :Vibrators And Dildos, Douche/Enema Kits, Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs, Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves, Gags And Ropes, Paddles, Floggers and all BDSM toys, Lingerie And Men’s Wear, Lubes, Party Supplies, Wigs, and Love Dolls, consumables. cosmetics, massage oils, condoms, clothing and body paints.

  • Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. Due to the streamlined nature of our shipping processing, orders are sent immediately to shipping and we are unable to retrieve individual packages
  • Please notify us immediately if a product is defective. If an item is found to be defective within 7 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. Please contact us via phone or email to let us know of the issue. We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) via email which will provide instructions on sending the product back to us. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST ACCOMPANY ANY RETURN IN ORDER FOR IT TO BE PROCESSED. We will not accept any return without one. When contacting us about a defect, please state the following information, your order number along with your name and the nature of the defect. Once the defective item is received back into our warehouse (the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us), we will promptly ship a new replacement to you free of charge once the return is received and processed. Any item returned must have ALL original parts and packaging, batteries if applicable, cords, controls, blank warranty cards, instructions etc.
  • This is an extremely rare occurrence but if you receive the wrong item we will correct the mistake. Please call and report shipping errors within 3 days of receiving your package and to receive instructions on returning your package
  • Depending on the manufacturer, backordered items can be out of stock for several weeks. Typically we will contact you and cancel that item from the order. We will notify you when it is back in stock. We can not ship partial orders so this will ensure any other items you ordered will not be delayed.
  • If an item seems to be missing first, empty out all packing materials and contents from your box to make sure that you didn’t miss anything. Some items are small and are easily overlooked in large boxes. If you are certain that the items did not arrive please log in and check your order online at https://labyrinthtoys.com/my-account/ to make sure that the item was included in the order, not back ordered and/or cancelled because it was unavailable etc. If you still don’t have an answer for the missing item and it shows that you were charged and the item shipped, contact us via phone or email right away. Please have your name, order number, order details and email address readily available or include it in your correspondence. A missing item report must be filed within 24 hours of receiving your package.
